LML Clothing was founded in 2022, guided by the same authenticity that shaped Halfwait, the independent rock band fronted by Jonathan Barca. 

The band’s single Live My Life (2021) inspired the ethos of resilience and purpose, shaping a clothing line built on meaning rather than spectacle. 

From the beginning, fabric choices reflected this ethos. 

With the launch of LML Records in 2025, music and fashion came together to reinforce sustainability as part of the brand’s cultural storytelling.
