LML Records
LML Records was born from a journey, one that started not in fashion studios or record labels, but on stage.
Before LML Clothing existed, there was Halfwait, a hard-hitting, emotionally raw, three-piece rock band fronted by vocalist and guitarist Jonathan Barca.
With performances that blended introspection with high-octane energy, Halfwait made waves both nationally and internationally, earning a reputation for powerful songwriting and honest storytelling.
It was during this time that the mantra “Live My Life” first took shape, originally the title of a Halfwait single released in 2021, it evolved into something much larger.
It became a mission, a movement, and ultimately the foundation of a new brand that would bridge music and culture in a bold new way.
In 2022, following years of touring, studio work, and building creative connections across the entertainment industry, Jonathan Barca launched LML Clothing by Halfwait, a premium streetwear clothing and footwear label that embodied the same values of self-expression, resilience, and individuality that shaped his musical career.
But the vision didn’t stop with clothing.

More than just a music label, LML Records is the soundtrack to the LML lifestyle, a space where fashion, rhythm, and cultural identity come together.

Our debut compilation, titled “Live My Life: Volume One”, celebrates that ethos.
It features a powerful blend of Drum and Bass and Electro House, showcasing the talents of an evolving roster of world-class DJs, genre-pushing producers, and rising vocalists.
